All of our products include a 24-month warranty. In the event of repair/replacement, please follow the RMA procedure and make sure you are totally agree with Vecow's Warranty & RMA Policy. Except as specified herein, Vecow Co., Ltd. makes no warranties, express or implied, and specifically disclaims any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Customer’s right to recover damages caused by fault or negligence on the part of vecow co., ltd. shall be limited to the amount theretofore paid by the customer. Vecow Co., Ltd. will not be liable for damages resulting from loss of data, profits, use of products, or incidental or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility thereof.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) procedure:
Please following RMA procedures in order for products to qualify for any type of return to Vecow,
| 1. Please asking a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number from Vecow sales representative or click here. |
| Once you request the RMA number, you will receive a RMA form with given RMA number and client ID number. |
| 2. Please fill all information on the form and send it back to Vecow (via email) or directly contact with your sales representative. |
| Once the request is authorized, you will receive instructions (via email) on how to ship your item(s) to our facility for repair. In general, the item(s) for repair will require 2 to 4 weeks. |
| 3. Products should be returned by pre-paid freight. RMA number must be marked clearly outside the carton and on the mailing labels. Please pack safely and send the returning products to: |

| • Defective devices will be repaired or replaced with factory-refurbished units only if the device can't be repaired. Inscape Data reserves the right to replace some RMA products by similar functional products when the original defective products have been discontinued or are no longer being used. |
