Our customer base in the North America market are looking for an embedded system that is optimized for food factory production for carcass grading and evaluation, slaughter lines and packaging process. Thus, the system needs outstanding computing performance for real-time carcasses analysis and assessment. For carcass production lines, the system offers advanced visual performance with up to 4K resolution. Because the systems in the food industry must endure harsh environments, the system has to be built rugged to meet those challenges. Based on the customers’ requirement and the rigorous demands of food industry, Vecow ARS-2000L is considered a good fit for this project.
Vecow ARS-2000L is powered by the 7th Gen Intel® Core™ i7/i5/i3 process and provides Intel® HD Graphics 620, delivering rich visual performance with up to 4K graphics improvement. With fanless and compact design, ARS-2000L is outfitted with 3 GigE LAN with 2 PoE+, isolated COM, and provides Din Rail mounting that is ideal for limited space applications and provides a flexible platform for putting wiring circuits together. Furthermore, ARS-2000L supports 2 full-size Mini PCIe for WiF/LTE communication and connectivity and supports a variety of OS including Window 10, Windows 8.1, Windows 7 and Linux.
